In the midst of COVID19, let’s take a moment to reflect. What if, we learn to slow down and enjoy our time more? What if, different ways to get what we need are defined? What if, we find other ways to work, play and worship? What if, we find true meaning in technology; actual gratitude for it’s existence? What if, we really understand more about the service provided to us by teachers, child care providers, nurses, doctors, hospitals, the postal service and other delivery people. What if, we recognize this is a time for shelter from a storm and remember that all storms pass. What if, we stop fussing over details, politics, differences and learn to appreciate one another because we are reminded life can be fragile? What if, we teach our children to reflect and find the uses of adversity and to find appreciation in ALL things wanted and unwanted?
Appreciation is a powerful, powerful thing. When we find it, we regain our power in a powerless situation. Can you think of a person, place or thing that can add to our list of what if?
